I mean nobody could match him interms of cricketing skills, anybody who had doubts about whether sachin is the greatest batsmen of all time I mean sachin has proved them all wrong here and shown them that why he is the greatest batsmen in the world and why everybody considers him the cricketing god. Absolutely brilliant stuff from Sachin, I am still in shock and awe and still pinching my self whether what just I saw is real or not. And when I realise that this is real, I am feeling so proud that Sachin has did this and more than him, its his fans like us who enjoy sachin's Innings more....So a great achievement from a Greatest batsmen of all time...... |

In one line only god can bat better than Sachin...He is greatest ever and has shown how one man single handed unite the whole country....hats off to him...We as an indian feel pround on his achivement...He is the only man in the history of game diserves to keep this record...No doubt that he is the role model for every indian and has shown how you can achieve success against all odds by continuos focus and hard work......Sahhhiiinnn...sacchhiin....nd dont surprise if u see many more such milestones to come..

Really up till now i think he(sachin) is the only allrounder cricketer in thr universe. & i think if the great almighty is wiht him & if he plays for further 3 to 5 years , no 1 in the universe wil be there to bit his records..long live sachin.......

Why are we talking about becoming? Every country has a certain percentage of the population yet to be "developed". We are the second largest in population and so we have more numbers that is all. Development is a trickle down concept and it takes time. It is also a continuous process. Those of us in our 40s and 50s can reflect on where we were 30 years ago and where we are now.
Napolean once told his general that "let my soldiers think that I am a great general so that i become one!"
Let us just feel as a developed country so that we may become one.

It is tough to compare Sachin to the batting legends of 70s like Richards or Chappel. Its because the conditions and level of attack were entirely different. But as Ajay Jadeja pointed out there has been no greater batsman once sachin started playing. Considering the longevity I dont think there will be any other batsman of his stature. Even if there was no double ton there is no doubt about his class and y'days innings was just an icing on the cake. We are proud of you Sachin! |
