The ultimate truth is to accept myself as what I am. Rejoice in the gifts God has given you and work on the fault-lines that may have crept in due to my own negligence.

We have heard of confronting fear but confronting anger is also important. How can we confront anger well for this one has to slow down and see when does he get anger and slowly find out a way out the viscous circle of anger. Anger is one very important factor which takes us towards sadness and depression. |

The human body is like a balloon. Pressure generated at a part in one direction is received by another part. The other part suffers. So an unhappy person may have pressure built up elsewhere in his body for many reasons. If we are able to identify the source of pressure, we can make a person happy. Psychological pressure is built up too. Both external environment and internal aspirations are responsible for psychological pressure. External expectations about you may not be possible for fulfillment. We tend to allow such expectations to build pressure within us. If we don't allow such pressure, we have gone one step ahead not to become unhappy. The key to manage our own internal aspiration in such a way that it does not build pressure within us, is to go by conscience. Let us ask ourselves : "Have I done enough to realise my internal aspirations? Am I found lacking in effort and application? If the answer is that I have done enough, then we need to go one step further - Then what is the cause for unfulfillment? If the answer points to the system or the society and not you personally, one should not allow oneself to be clutterred with guilt. The philosophy is that I have done enough and if the results are not up to the mark because of the society or system, there is no need to be unhappy... Now to remain happy, one needs to keep looking at doing things good, big and useful. As long as that effort is on, we can be happy in life. |

To be happy a person has to be self satisfied. There are many factors which contribute to this. One can actually write article on this subject but I choose to get ideas so that we can understand the various aspects coming from different people... |
so as you see there is no method to quit smoking . The only way is to quit without any other thought! |
