well as we all can see the present scenario of large scale demand of products . so automation is the best method which can provide quality, proper control. i have already did a project in Tata steel ...there we upgraded the old automation system with the latest Honeywell automation.!!!!

I could say trend will the technology that simultaneously de-materializes the product while vastly increasing complexity and the challenge is to package the complexity so that it is manageable, in production and in use and field support. The net effect of such changes is to require less material and less energy while posing complexity as a design challenge.,The future's challenging goal is to seek factories that are more flexible, adaptable and committed to shorter product lifecycles....

I think globalization of the supply chain is vastly increasing the number of 'non-transparent' interfaces and presents the challenge of integration between functions that are dispersed across many corporate entities., This new rationalization of the supply chain is one in which companies that were identified as suppliers are now expected to act as partners. As a result they take on significant responsibility of the design effort as well.

high degree of automation and cutting edge technoligy in process industries would be the backbone of superior quality of products for the consumers. As simple as it is "lesser the interference of human being in process lesser scope for quality deterioration". |

Mr. Karthik......please send them a private message than posting it on toostep directly which is a personal message which you have asked to the concerned person. |
This totally looks like a debate..but why have you posted it as an Idea contest Ms. Anuradha.....It would have done great if you had created this as a debate than Idea contest...as there is nothing to give Ideas under this post.......... |
Dear Prodosh...I hope you wanted to put your comment in an Idea contest stated same, but for some reason you have created this debate unknowingly....so plz put your comment in that Idea contest. |
