Should India build a new Capital City?

The capital Delhi was built by british rulers to suit their requirement of ruling the undivided british India. Since then, Delhi/New Delhi has served the purpose of independent India. However, it has limitation for growth and to serve the modern India in the 21st Century. It is high time that India takes up a project to build a new modern capital of India to showcase it before the outside world. The future capital city should be a architentural wonder with modern blended ancient architecture. The location should be somewhere in the central part of the country, easily accessible to all parts of the country. It should be equipped with 22nd century airport, Railway station. The new capital should be a truly integrated with planned population mix consisting of heterogenous language, race, province so as to promote a unique identity i.e. India.
