A proper planning, stick into the plan, provision for contingencies, understanding and prioritize our task will make the project successful.

Plan you work and it is the best way to do it fast. While planning, make provision for contingencies. You will be surprised to find that the work will be completed ahead of schedule.

Unmindful speed in execution tends to spoil the whole game! Plan well ahead of all the resources (men and money - with contingency), control and monitor with utmost caution (apply PERT & CPM), finish on time. Add cushion to your time too for any exigency, untoward incidents! NO NEED TO HURRY!
