The wealth amassed is never recovered. Whenever a corrupt person is nailed why the details of wealth/documents seized during the raid is not made public. The entire list of cash/documents and other assets seized should be listed in the public domain |

Corruption is the biggest cancer affecting our progress. The cases should be dealt with on priority. Dismissal from service, seize of wealth and cancellation of approval/sanctions by that person should be implemented

What do you mean by progress?? Progress in my way is to make each and every person in this country empowered. all sections of people free to exercise their rights and become self sufficient in their own pursuit of happiness. We need to think in those lines, the one who is using his powers in a wrong way must be brought to justice and should be made to rehabilitate into the society, instead, now a days we are just trying to block one guy after another. I am not supporting the guy who is involved in corruption but what i am saying is corruption has become a way of easy money, and must be brought into light of its effects.

People always think of eliminating and eradicating and what-so-ever stuff to clean this mess out of our system. But the sole problem lies in encouragement of this Social Evil. If we Pull Somebody, another appears, so we need to educate the current generation about the problems and emphasize greatly on social evils in our Civics and History Books about "Corruption" to the upcoming generation. Without doing this is a waste of much needed enlightening and a waste of resources of our system. We need people to set examples. we need our Heroes for the next generation to develop themselves into corruption-less society.

When the person is caught red handed why await for the approval from his boss, who has put him there in the first place after taking a huge bribe.

Dismissing the guy means removing that guy, which leads to two blunders. One, The Guy is not given a chance to change himself, leading to a unfair process; the guy who got removed will obviously have acquired much needed education and other skills, which will be wasted in the process. Two, The Dismissive action will be hard and a tit for tat action principle. this will lead to more hatred towards the system as whole. My Recommendation: Demote the guy to a lower position and put him under a disciplinary committee and his case made an example for future cases. lessening his credibility and trustworthiness and promotion only in the case of his higher performance. A person who took bribe is equivalent to a child who is pampered to do his work, we can't blame him and sack him, instead we must make him realize his mistakes and make him a better person.

To put a stop to corruption, whenever a person is caught all approvals/sanctions given by that person should be reviewed and voided. The list of approvals/sanctions given by this person should be put in public domain. Only then the fear of losing the approval/sanctions if the officer is caught deter the public from paying bribes

These bodies now function as departments of Government. They should be independent and out of government appointment/transfer control. From IAS/IPS people should be posted to these bodies and never reverted back to normal service.

Why act only on tipoffs and media expose. The corruption is everywhere. Why no action is forthcoming.
