Hmmm...Well I suppose I have start first...As Business Analyst I monitor the project through out the project life cycle. Same as this every Business Analyst will monitor the project and quality of the project and he will be thinking around proactive quality control. Which further puts the Business Analyst in front of each deliverable and monitors the progress against the project plan. This allows for immediate communication between the project manager, customer and associated teams in regard to the quality control. |
