Everyone thinks on how to get referral. I feel we should think opposite and give them referral, giving referral will be rewarding as the someone who gets will give one or the other to you.

Once you get referrals from one of your customers/clients, thank them saying how it helped the company and the client whom he/she referred. This can bring in more referrals from them. |

yes we should always thank them for every single referrals they make. But updating them with what happen is better than just saying thank you... If the Clients they have referred is not worth , they may refer someone better than him...

I feel most business owners don't do it enough. It can be the most valuable part of the business
transaction, even more important than taking the order. A lot of people are not comfortable coming out
and asking for referrals. To get referrals ask for referrals, simple as that.
