Investment have to be diversified. Invest in all kinds of investments ie partly in Real estate, partly in gold, partly in commodities, partly in equities whenever the equities are trading in low prices, partly in debentures, partly in mutual funds, partly in PPF, partly in Insurance, Partly in NSC, Partly in Fixed deposit whenever the interst rates are high. So this will help in sustainable investment instead of loosing money in equities only. |

In these volatile market one can diversify the money in equity & debt instruments.
Keep investing regularly in Mutual Funds by the way of SIP, invest in direct equity when the good scripts are at the lower price. Also keep some funds in FDs & PPF
S Investment has to be Diversified.. It offers several benefits..
1. Minimise the risk
2. Sometimes It helps getting more ROI..... better Value for Investments...
3. It also gives Feel gud factor for Investors as will get more benefits as against loacking the Investment with a single option...
One has to keep track on Industries offering more and Continuous returns.. The returns shud be atleast uniform or Increasing in any of the Investment.. so one shud Diversify the Investment portfolio in the way to increase returns and minimise Risk associated.....
I agree with Mr. Perumal. After all investment is all about asset allocation. Nobody can diminish its role in building wealth.

Volatility exists in share market as there is correction going on. This provides a good opportunity for the long term investors to invest in share market. Long-term investors would do well to use this uncertainty to their advantage. |

For a retail investor, any correction is an opportunity to invest. Any irrational uptick is the time to book profits. I know, this is easier said than practised. But there is no use being emotional about portfolio of stocks.

I think that current interest rates are falling and falling and it make a good opportunity of investment in income funds.Income funds invest in bonds, debentures, government securities and short-term instruments like commercial papers and repos. In 2008 interest rates had reached the maximum and so current interest rates will come down only. |

No we are not.. not right now. We are still in recovery stage and this time I do not think the same mistake will be repeated. Having tough time is one thing and going back to recession is totally different, we cannot mix them. |
