We have computers/ laptops spreading across the country like wild fire. Today almost every household is learning the importance of a computer system. Even though Branded systems have a warranty, most of the system owners do not renew their warranty. They are also many users with computers which are not branded(assembled). They tend to be dependant on the retail outlet for support. The idea is to provide a single stop for support for any issue related to the users computing requirements. The idea has not been addressed by anyone, but will add value to the computer support industry across India.
