All are same

Yes we are not secure, yes no one keeps our secrets.. All the data is going out at some cost. The facility we get is same in one or the other way. They make less profit in this world of price war and then use our information to make huge bucks. This is the reality and it will remain so.. forever..

Their business model thrives on "SMS"! Customer database is sold out in the open market to Ad companies as "leads"! Where is the privacy? Your information is available everywhere without your consent!

Unless the government impose stringent policies and penalize the operators, customer privacy is merely a dream. DND is a big joke and I doubt there is even any attempt being made to protect the customers against spam. I receive almost 20 odd SMS per day and some of them are not even having any relation with my profession for e.g. 10th+Inter in single attempt offered by some institute...what I really got to do with this?

who is "good service provider" !

hi ! registered for DND facility and I get the ad sms even after two years. the ads are on the increase now [airtel and aircel]. can you identify a provider wherein there would be no 'ad sms, ad call, or echo of our voice' ?
