Experts say, Anger management is fundamentally intended for each and every human soul … for just about every single person ! Almost every one must understand atleast a little bit of anger management. Anger management will certainly facilitate tranquility of the mind. Anger is a detrimental energy regardless of just how it is triggered. Many reasons exist for anger and differs from individual to individual. But every angry person has definite reasons. Some reasons popularly known to trigger anger are due to the following issues : When somebody irritates with abusive words, one may possibly get angry. When a desire is not satisfied as anticipated, anger treads in. When failure encounters life ! When bodily discomforts, pains or cramps, continue to persist When severe financial troubles haunt, anger shows upon others. The above mentioned reasons are only a few … the list can run into countless numbers of explanations for being angry. Every one gets angry in the course of life. But not everyone shows it outside. It reflects the fact that they know anger management. Every one manages their anger in some manner which also differs from individual to individual. The various kinds of ways of anger management are as follows : When angry, try sitting down if standing up; lie down if sitting down. This is a proven method of anger management. Try to change attention to some sweet music and songs or a energetic television program Think about some relaxing things that has happened in life to help manage anger efficiently. Consider time to think deeply through the factors that caused the anger. If a specific place generates anger within, get away from the place immediately. Anger management is not a method of finding solutions for problems. Difficulties will exist all through the existence of every individual being. But, on the other hand, anger management is an issue through which one possibly could overcome anger. Unless the brain is pacified, serenity will evade and more time may be spent in extreme stress. Loss of peace in thought process means illnesses linked to strain such as high blood pressure levels. Just think for a moment the complete NO-gain from anger, the methods and techniques of anger management will emerge … try to follow it. |

nice idea!You described everything here!

Anger is sudden outburst of your emotion (mostly involuntary)! We have "likes" and "dislikes" embedded in our sub-conscious mind! How to erase such prejudice from the sub-conscious is what you have to learn and practice! This will happen in "Alpha Meditation" where your mind is "half-sleep" and "half-awake" mode. You write down positive statements and read it out to erase etched prejudice. To get to the alpha stage is very simple, as you get up in the morning, sit in a comfortable posture, control your breath, watch your breathing for a few seconds, then read out your positive statement which will surely get re-inforced in to your sub-conscious mind. Practice this for a while, you will feel the difference.

First we have to understand What is Anger then We can say something about that. Anger is not about what others are doing with us. It is about how we are attached to ourselves. If you have anger it is sure that you are an emotional person and also very much attached to yourself. When Someone feel that other person is saying or doing against him or her, He oppose these thing quickly by his action sometime in very wild way can be called anger. Now the most you will attach to yourself the most you will angry. Now What We have to do. We have to detach ourselves with our thoughts and try to think from the mind. Deep Breathing is the first and only exercise that will help to keep your mind calm so that you can try to think from your mind and can detach from your thoughts. Rest Needs a lot of discussion... |

its my personal experience as I was very short temper 3 years back, but from going into MBA and now, i feel that Aggression is just a expression that come out later after telling you before that I am coming. so it depends on our feeling where we should express our anger or not.
Anyways..anger has a reason always..so if I am wrong then don't have a right to be angry and if right, then why will i angry? just enjoy your victory.

If you are standing then please sit down for a while.
If you are still not able to control your anger then lie down for a while.
Definitely it's gonna work.

Actually this is not my idea. I read this in a book. If you are in anger try to sing a song or try to speak loudly about something else that is irrelevant to the situation or laugh out loudly. The book says it require practice and heavily recommended for those who are suffering from high Blood Pressure.
