One who needs money will do it.. When a person is jobless and losses all his hope he thinks of all the available resources of earning moeny which can make him anything. Under extreme circumstances peopel do duch things with zero percent thoughtfulness.. |

Sorry Sarika I differ in this, I am also in that state of mind and I'll rather die instead of being a threat to my country and I am sure there will be more patriots like me who will find death better to betray country.

This happens when need for money for personal endearment as an emotional need overrides all other ethics and self need. many of these recruits are exposed to the commercial world & the opportunity to satisfy your needs which otherwise are impossible can serve as a powerful motivator. another factor is that they have the feeling of immunity that whatever they do will be to people whom they do not know and their fanatical trainers & handlers stoke that emotion.

In most of the cases we have seen the uneducated youth has been used for this purpose. After the age of 6 or 7, before joining the school they are taken by Terrorists and trained for violence and explained the wrong meaning of ISLAM and Holy QURAN!. that's the reason every other child from such organizations ready to die without knowing the value of LIFE. same like QASAB & his Team ......

Madarsas are their educational institutions. Hatred against India and Non-Islamic religions are being taught in these Madarsas. They turned to be the terrorist breeder points. Pakistan Govt. has no control on these institutions. Unfortunately they dont have a development agenda, but they have a destructive agenda. Pakistan is facing the consequences of its destructive agenda. Its a failure nation. Illiteracy is not allowing them to think rationally and making them fundamental. Poverty is forcing them to accept any kind of job and terrorist outfits exploiting it.

In India, lot of people are illiterate and poor but all of them would not like to become terrorist, Its not like educated and rich people have no terrorist background for example-Osama Bin Laden (mother of all terrorists rich and educated). I agree with your point "RELIGIOUS FUNDAMENTALISM+LITTLE OR DECEPTIVE KNOWLEDGE OF RELIGION", these are the points which are taken to hypnotise or increase the agony or hate of an individual to become terrorist. Not many individual would like to choose Terrorism as a career option even when they are illiterate and poor. Good topic Sarika.

Illiterate and half literate Muslim youth are targeted by these Jihadi Organizations. They make them believe that fighting and killing for Jihad is not immoral. Lucrative amount is paid to the youth and luxury is offered to them on achieving targets. They also make them believe that if they die for 'Jihad' they'll definitely get to 'Jannat' (heaven).

The same is true with Hindu terror. Illiterate and half literate hindu youth are targeted by these sangh parivaar Organizations. They make them believe that fighting and killing for hindu cause is not immoral.

"Need of money and lack of thoughtfulness" amply explain the problem. Lackadaisical approach of the govt. to attract the youths in the mainstream, is also contributing to the problem. Though some measures have been taken, but they are like tiny drops of sugar in the problem of ocean. More proactive approach needs to be adopted to eliminate the feeling of alienation. Hope ... someone in the central think tank is thinking on the same lines... else .. only almighty can save our motherland..

Clear indication that Terrorism is used as a good Business. Buy & train poor people at considerably cheaper rate to sell at very high amount to Afghan. A free play of foreign currency in these land makes way for it.
It only reminds me a Tamil picture," Naan Kadavul Ellaai- I am not God" in which poor children are bought at poor rates , then mutilated to sell at high prices to do Begging Business. |

In pakistan, there are no terrorists and no muslim terror. There are only men fighting holy war. Similarly, in India there are no hindu terror or hindu terrorists. There are only men fighting for a prosperous hindu state. As long as you are not ready to call a 'chalk' a 'chalk', terrorism will flourish and will be hard to contain. One should be unbiased in judging terrorism, else terrorist will conduct job fairs and half yearly recruitments.
