THE CHANGE WITHIN

i don't really know. this is a mandatory field and this discussion would not go through without an entry here - i'm looking for ideas from this august gathering of our best brains. kindly do give this a shot. regards to all

Sir, although i cannot say that i have complete knowledge of the subject but still may be my views are of li'l use to you.

I think that thechange can only be brought if you decide not to change the world but change yourself which is rightly described by Leo Tolstoy that, "Everyone thinks of changing the world but no one thinks of changing himself."

Moreover, the approach has to be really systematic. first of all one needs to realise himself that what does he want from his life, why is he here in this world and in which way he should lead his life so that at the end time he may not feel that he has not lead his life the way he wanted. secondly one should try to resolve the clashes within that what are the things that are important and should be thought over and whar are the things that are completely useless of giving any attention. after you simplify your life you need to connect yourself to a supreme power to share universal messages that how can one serve humanity and support the creation of GOD. at last comes the final stage. This stage is open to only those people who have now attained a stage of ultimate spirituality. in this stage one has to close eyes and ask ' who am i??' if the answer comes that i am a supreme soul and my purpose is to serve my fellow mates then he has attained spirituality and this stage is called destruction of self- when you stop taking urself as an individual but relate yourself with the creation of supreme power and follow the supreme path.

spring from ur bed with enthusiam to live your life rather than thinking of how to spend another day for survival . keep the energy flowing inside you and remember it you reaction to the outside that bothers you more than anything else . react to things postively . idebtify your motivatiing factor and nourish it !!!!!!!!!

One has to find his inner self and enlighten himself to  make any change within, The path is very difficult to follow. Take control of each part of your body. Thus you control your brain instead of brain controlling you. First learn how your mind can control the brain. Then combine both in healthy manner. By reaching this position you will be with out joy and sorrow. So always peace and healthy mind.     

Frequently visit ur ur narest friends, relatives where u need not hide ur feelings and can become open where internal feelings and outer manifestation can be same. This is the only place where we need not act much.

By regularly practising I beleive slowly we can remove the gap in our regularlife also.
