social networking is an idea which is actually less costly, widely accepeted by a very large portion of world population and it is easy to access from anywhere in the world (except for those pockets where it is restricted or not accessible due to some security reasons). it is a platform where anyone can get professional and personal suggestions, can make friends to share pain and suffering (remembering recent Mira Road case), can engage in collaboration across globe, share experiences regarding new initiatives, compare new ideas, hire & get employed in a job really interesting for the candidate, get opinions on products+experiments+current scenario in different corners of the world....... it is actually a common-cheap-cosy platform to do a lot of things and make it a way to change for A BETTER WORLD |

Social network would be more open, especially in terms of allowing profiles to be shared among users of different social networks. If we are here in ten years talking about profiles, web sites or social networks, things looks to be bright. Social networks will be woven into every product and thing we touch. But with a open network it’s fairly complicated and there are privacy issues, but nevertheless an interesting concept. |

Now a days most of the companies are working on Social Media Marketing to promote their services, because social networks are attracting millions of users on its websites and if your visibility is there, you can get more exposure and hence a good branding..:) |

I do think CRM can help CSR to solve the issue in a low time. Consider a customer giving a call again for the same issue, he need not repeat the whole story again. CSR can just have a look in the CRM system and can solve the issues at once or earlier.... |
