Looking at the current revamping VIDEOCON is following. What is the future of the brand in the Indian market??? How is the revamping going to effect the Brand Perception???? There are so many players in the indian maket and its now very difficult to regain the same position Videocon had once upon a time. Even today when people look at the brand it is not considered to be the best...What measures can be taken in order to change the perceptions of the consumers?? |

It is universally proven that 70% of your business are generated from existing customer or by retention, so for a brand like Videocon with such a huge product basket should focus more on the services extended towards their existing customers.
After sales service has always been a key factor & essence to any successful brand specially for consumer durables/electronics industry.

Hi sanjjay, good ideation thanks for initiating. Videocon once was the best brand. They are the one who used the most advanced technology. But due to tough competition they lost the market. This is the period of promotion, many brands are successful only because of their attractive promotion. So videocon should come up with innovative ways to attract the customers. Thanks...... |
