MochiKit

idea posted by Devashish Mittal Project Manager, IBM

MochiKit makes JavaScript suck less. MochiKit is a highly documented and well tested, suite of JavaScript libraries that will help you get shit done, fast. I took all the good ideas that could be found from the Python, Objective-C, etc. experience and adapted it to the crazy world of JavaScript.

Dojo is a powerful framework for developing web applications. I think Dojo is the most powerful and robust and very easy to use.
