If you lack in anything that hinders you to achieve your dream then go and remove that thing.
- If you lack requisite knowledge or expertise, then acquire it.
- If you lack resources, say money, then find out how you can get it. Try and find out if anyone, like a VC or an Angel Investor, would be willing to fund your dream project.
Yes...i agree. We should think high and dream high. If we have sufficient resources we can go ahead. Also step by step activity is essential.

You should not have poverty in thinking. You should think Big. Plan on how to achieve the target you set, channelise your personal resources towards direction. Your strong determination is your first and best resource. Dont stop till you achieve. It leads you to become big.

Think High, Dream High.... and if you want to achieve it then... STICK TO WINNERS... Who is a winner? One who has successfully
treaded difficult path in order to achieve his dream.The height of one’s dream depends solely each one’s capacity. Even the smallest dream of one would look big for another. Some of my friends quit smoking very easily but for me it was almost an impossible task. For me, after achieving this dream I feel like on top of the tallest mountain. For others it might be a very small matter. A dream can be anything... For some it might be making more money, starting a business, etc. For others it might be to quit smoking or reduce weight or learn something. For students it might be to get that Dream University or college or get high percentage in exams, etc. Dream can be anything. The point is to have the courage to achieve it. Why courage? Because one may have to face some difficulties in order to reach it. And the most important would be to have single minded focus. Ask a successful person why he was successful. He would give one answer and that would be single minded focus. One will give you 1000 reasons for not being able to achieve his/her dream, but there is only one reason the WINNER would state, and IT IS SINGLE MINDED FOCUS. So don’t talk to LOSERS – they would only discourage you from even taking the slightest action towards attaining your dream. The moment you talk to a person who comes up with so many negative reasons as to why you must forget your dream, be sure that he is a loser and avoid him at all costs. Talk to winners and most important STICK TO WINNERS. Thus you always remain be positive and also be in the company of positive minded people who will only encourage you to achieve your dream. Just follow the path of those who have already "been there and done that" and you would be successful.

Now the world is dreaming at their highest but not working accordingly, everyone is trying to find easy to get rich schemes and invest their money and mind and ultimately left with no money and huge frustration. If one has to reach the heights of the dream then s/he should start at lowest, but has to work uninterruptedly because the only way to success goes through continuous hard work, there is no short cut to success. Everyone should plan big, think big but proceed slowly as we have learnt from our childhood that " Slow and steady wins the race" So if we have to win over dreams than we should start working from now without wait with clear intention to work and desire to achieve what we want to achieve. Always remember,"If you can desire for something you have the potential to get it too, otherwise you cannot think of it. So to achieve big stop talking and start working."

The essence of dreaming high should not rest in the mind only. Americans had and are having very high dream, created very tall enterprises without giving much credence to the fundamentals and are seen crushing! We got to be pragmatic when we dream high!
