Well, even saints do their meditation for some return. All returns are not economic, there are mental and emotional returns too.

Comparing the employees with saints. Employee works for someone for some return. He/she has to bestow his best efforts for the benefit of the company because his/her future career lies in the furtherance of such organisation. But, the efforts of saints are selfless and for the community good. The comparison is not correct, am I correct madam Rucha.

Not all companies are like that. You are speaking out of frustration. Try some other organization. Good luck to you !!

It can not be comparison between companies. Different company have its own different rules, policies, working atmosphere etc. Employee And Company both are working for earning. When employee will give good result to company, company will give good salary. Give and Take rule.
And many company's are good where you can get overall satisfaction. Remember one thing that every where there are advantage & disadvantage in corporate. And we have to analyze it where we can fit or adjust.
