idea posted by Kanad Bose Branch Manager/Regional Manager, Amiantit
Employer's provide their employees with training for Employee to learn Better skils. This if given in the right monitored way as to which employee needs what training to upgrade himself and later mainfest into his performance justifies the role of the employer as the Mentor. Moment the employee starts reaping its benefit he is a follow to the Mentor. So training is the most powerfull tool to ensure upgradation of employee skills & motivation along with sending the message " Employer Cares".

A trained and skilled employee is more productive than an untrained and unskilled employee. A highly productive employee can produce more and this will lead to cost effectiveness and progress. The ultimate gained of any training is the employee because the employee gains new skills and knowledge which will enhance the employee's growth and employment opportunities.
