As regards buying as per available space, people would not go wrong on that count as it is the most fundamental parameter (many a times the only one) they are sure about. the dis-satisfaction happens when the functionality needs are not met. Hence it is important to avoid the mistake of not conducting proper checks & tests before buying. These cover specs, finishes, ergonomics, stability, durability, life cycle costs, VFM in addition to fulfillment of visual and spatial needs.
I support for this. We all are in a hurry at the time of purchase of furniture that we forgot to test or check the quality of material, & hardware & it's working.
