Job sites provide the most easiest way to go job hunting. These sites make the task more simpler both for the job seeker & the employer.

Just recall one day you also would have used many of the job sites to find the right job for you.

So, which is best job site according to you?

yes, monster.com is good  & it will provide relevant datas on application & response by concerned cos. It is interesting to note that shine.com has designed a salary  tool, based on yr job profile/resume it will indicate the range of salary offered in the present job market.

Off late there is a complaint on job sites misuse by certain elements, under the guise of employer & sell the datas to various agencies like credit card, telemarketing agencies, who in turn harass/solicit customers for their product.

Tough conditions to be enforced by the sites & must file criminal complaints against such agencies soon after hearing from their members/job seekers. At their entry level itself, employers/agents should be screened & warned against such activities & proper undertaking should be obtained, just disclaimers is not sufficient to enhance the confidence of the job seekers & Genuine employers.
