Its always better to involve employees in hiring process. Fresh blood added to the organisation is always good for organisation's metabolism ! It refines the knowledge tank of the organisation !! -- JP

I agree that its a good idea of involving employees of your own company to recommend few references but most importantly when you recruit somebody then you should always keep his/her interest and expertise of field in mind.. Most of them ignore this point and just try to fit them according to them with the negotiation of salary.. This trend should be changed.. |

this is right because the basic criteria required cannot be overseen because of employee reference. i agree with this fact because is if the work done is not the goal expected then the work done is job wasted.
so u need to have the right reference and the right person

May seem funny but it is important to think what is reputation of your company in market and what employee would expect from your organisation. Because as an HR you should think from both the side. Company needs employee & vice varsa |
