TOP 10 WAYS TO ARREST THE DOWNFALL OF TOO STEP IN TERMS OF STANDARD…

This is just an idea to start with. Please share your other ideas. A moderator can evaluate the debates/ideates/insights before posting for its standard, whether a repetition.

It is quire right that of late the dicussions are directionless and repetitive.

In my view to enroll a topic there should be norms.

1. Every Day new topics should be listed.

2. Minimum 2 people should recommend the topic. One from same knowledge community one from any other community.

Manoj I am totally agree with you.

As far as possible I participates in every debate,ideate for which I was invited, but I feel very sad to see response to debate posted by me on last Monday.

But it doesn't matters for me , still I am taking active part in every invitation, I got.

Here I want to suggest to introduce negative mark system for repetition of ideas.debates,ideates if possible.

I mean many of us who are  top contributers on the platform have got invitations to join these inner circle communities right....where they have said that they will give us the users a chance to make sure that what sort of content gets discussed in the first place, than going in an ad-hoc manner which is happening right now, even I was a regular earlier, but then the interest levels started saturating and now I visit Toostep now and then when there are some good discussions happening...So, as users of this platform we can take this initiative which has been started from Toostep for certain popular communities and co-ordinate with others on the same and come up with a better solution for this decreasing level of standards on Toostep.

I think we need a "help" option or "how to use toostep" option for new users like me to understand how the platform works in the first place. after 1 month of visiting this site i got  used to it, but if you go to facebook and other social networking sites the user interface is very simpler, but I like toostep just because the level of knowledge that gets shared here, but every thing is abrupt and adhoc manner the way its happening, there is no direction altogether. As users if we are of any help then we can make it a much better place than it is now.

An intelligent moderator will really be helpful in image building and arresting the downfall of quality of postings. A really important issue has been raised by Mr.Shrikant.

TOO STEP WAS CREATED FOR MIDDLE AND SENIOR LEVEL PROFESSIONALS TO AIR AND SHARE THEIR VIEWS.SOMEWHERE THAT GOT LEFT BEHIND, TODAY IT IS BECOMING MORE OF A SOCIAL SITE.

THE QUALITY OF DEBATES TODAY RANGES FROM PERSONAL FRUSTRATIONS,PERSONAL PROFESSIONAL PROBLEMS AND GOSSIPS,TOPICS DIRECTLY PICKED UP FROM OTHER SITES AND SIMPLY CUT AND PASTED.

THE COMMENTS ARE NON SERIOUS,PEOPLE MORE INTERESTED IN INCREASING THEIR POINT TALLY. A GOOD NUMBER OF PEOPLE POST 6 TO 8 DEBATES OR IDEATES EACH DAY, WITHOUT THEIR OWN MEANINGFUL CONTRIBUTION.

WE MUST CHECK THIS BEFORE TOO STEP ENDS UP AS A MERE SOCIAL CONTACT SITE.

PLEASE FILTER OUT NON SERIOUS MEMBERS WHO MAY BE DOING MORE HARM THAN GOOD TO THIS VALUABLE SITE.

BELIEVE ME MY FRUSTRATION IS INCREASING EACH DAY, AND I DONT WANT TO CUT AWAY FROM TOO STEP.
