Once plan of the day is well set in mind you can execute it easily. You should know what will you do once you reach to your work place. Reaching without any thought is just useless...

Yes well said Renne, if your mindset is ok and you think positively you can execute any difficult task smoothly. You have to build a solid plan in mind before you start a ambisious project or work. Once again thanks for referrel.

I think everybody does this. Either they a 'plan in their mind' of what should be done for that day OR they have a dairy/calendar in which it will be written what is pending for a particular day.

Prioritizing the tasks

We may have many tasks in a day to attend. Successful people prioritise their tasks and allocate proper time unlike the other odds who attempts everything and fail to complete even a single task at the end of the day.

I share my view with Mr. Srinivas. Also would like to add to what he said - A successful person in corporate knows how to delegate, at the same time, knows when to step in. Has a clear vision and responds to employee leadership needs in a constructive manner.

Look at mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, Dr. Abdulkalam etc. are all simple kind of people, but there presence was enough to express how successful they were, they had the vision to give future some shape, they were also equally good enough for the world to keep it guessing. so a successful person will remain silent, and make others talk about them rather than self bragging. It is worth learning from them how to be successful.

I do agree, now a days even a common man including their respective spouses are fussy about everything they come across, due to which there is always a ambiguous thought as to anything has gone wrong with an oh god or oh my god as you are bound to hear. So overall it is the mindset again, simple man can be fussy due to the external factors he would come across. then what about Oh my God, where is god coming in? Its CRAZY and I am not surprised.

It is worth learning from them how to be successful.

From that list Gandhi and Vajpayee is OK but not Abdul Kalaam.  He always makes a fuss about the lack of VVIP treatment. example:

Former President A P J Abdul Kalam on Saturday was not allowed to take his private secretary along with him in his allotted bullet proof car as soon as he landed at the Bengaluru International Airport. Kalam said he was carrying important papers and he needed his PS to come along with him. Kalam was forced to wait in the VIP lounge for his PS.......

Bangalore Mirror had in its report 'Kalam gets angry, protests insult' (Jan 10) narrated how the country’s top scientist was visibly irked after the CISF personnel insisted that he can walk into the VIP lounge, but not his staff. The CISF personnel had cited the recent directives from the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) to Kalam, who arrived by an Indigo flight at 5:50 pm to attend some public functions in the city. The incident was described by the Kalam’s office as an "embarassment".................

Kalam frisked by American airlines at IGI airport

In a breach of protocol former President A P J Abdul Kalam, who is exempted from security checks due to his status, was frisked by an American airlines at the international airport here before boarding the aircraft.

The Civil Aviation Ministry has ordered a probe into the incident involving the ground security staff of Continental Airlines which subjected Kalam to security check before he was to board a Newark-bound flight on April 24......

The super successful don’t waste their time worrying about failure. They know that everyone must take certain risks if they’re going to achieve success and that some ideas might not work out. You only fail if you give up or decide not to try at all. If you’re still trying, then you haven’t failed!

Hi Srinivas..Though these are not my veiws but let me share with you highly acclaimed traits of Sucessful people...They are very Cool minded,always relaxed one but at the same time they know their goals and priorities.They take inititatives ,they have visison for future and accordingly they decide their priorities.Also,They are very sound in people and intrapersonal skiils.They always remains in continious touch with current market happenings and knowledge.Theya are very much confident and have belief in their iadeas even when the whole world is agains them...They are very unique and away form a crowd..

Calm but Carefull atitude..

Nice topic... Well there are many things which collectivly make a person sucessful. I think calm and careful attitude is also one of them. If we see in today's world where everyone is hungry for sucess everyone wants to grow...people use various ways to be sucessful. Some try hardwork, some go for smart work, some make themselves consistent and some achieves higher sucess and set benchmarks for others. Calm attitude is important to tackle the pressure of competition, targets, growth etc and side by side careful approach is also must because sometime we loose focus when we try to be calm towards our work. So in my view calm and careful attitude also plays decisive role in one's sucess.

A person can be successful when his efforts continue towards goal with highly patience and stress less (Very relax mind). If any person will get up with cool mind, smile and feel fresh, he can be great successful and his day is also success. But, in today's majority people are living with high pressure,stress, tension (Family as well as business/job). So, we should always try to make our mind fresh, peaceful, cool, patience with smile while get up in morning as well as sleeping in night....we will success..Thanks Renne ji for referal

Move with their flow. Complete all the given task accordingly. A for Ball just say yes. Follow superiors instructions. Dont accept any work directed verbally and ask for an email. Email after completion of given each assignment. Dont take long break. Otherwise we will break.
