A fuel that would be a combnination of two ingredients and shall be combustible when mixed.

A motor vehicle or an aeroplane catches fire within seconds of an accident as the highly combustible fuel spills around. This fire causes more death to passengers than the accident itself. Had it been two separate ingredients this catastrophe could have been avoided.
