Unemployment - What's the reason?

The huge population explosion in a main reason for growing unemployment and underemployment in India. The industrial sector is growing, no doubts about it. But the growths of industries are not in par with the growth of Indian population. So, industries are not in a position to create as much as jobs required by the society.

It has brought a cut throat competition especially in highly desired fields. Only those people who have the qualification exceeding the requirement of the industries are able to get into the jobs.

DEAR ALL. NOT THE LESS EDUCATION NOR THE POPULATION IS EMPOWERED UNEMPLOYMENT. BUT THE EDUCATION SYSTEM PREPARED BY THE BRITISH IS EMPOWERING THE UNEMPLOYMENT. PEOPLE ARE DEPENDING ONLY ON THE JOB'S BUT THEY DONT TAKE THE BUSINESS SIDE. SO OVERALL NO NEW JOBS ARE CREATED. THEREFORE THE UNEMPLOYMENT IS TAKING PLACE. 

THE POPULATION WILL NOT BE A REASON AFTERALL. BECAUSE POPULATION CREATES OPPORTUNITIES FOR SERVICE. MORE POPULATION MORE NEEDS, MORE NEEDS MORE OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE FOR THEM.

ANOTHER LESS EDUCATION, SO CHECK ALL THE BIG BUSINESSMAN'S, THEY ARE NOT HAVING MORE EDUCATION SUCH LIKE B.E., B.TECH., M.B.B.S. BUT THEY ARE HAVING KNOWLEDGE PRACTICALLY. AND THE BRITISH EDUCATION SYSTEM WHICH WAS ROOTED IN BHARAT IS NOT THE PRACTICAL SYSTEM BUT IT CREATES ONLY CLERKS AND BLA.. BLA... SO DONT BE CLERK. BE THE BOSS.

there are several opportunities in various fields like pharmacy, retail, telecoms, service sector and hotel management, hospitality etc. .  but people are not thinking broadly while they are choosing their degrees to study and while they are searching for the jobs. .  we need to grow our network in order to know the various opportunities around us and we need to diversify our skill set to cope up with any kind of situation

The basic root for the cause of unemployment is that students are going and leading their lives no more than that of a sheep , 1 follows the other in terms of his particular interest and goal as a result a student will lose his individuality.

This has resulted as a situation for the employer to find the right candidate , if there are about 60 job openings for software engineers there are about 6000 people contesting for it.

In a way it is good for the company to get a wide range of choice however the demand for an employee has been met with over the top supply.

Also the unemployment is in direct connection with the booming population , and for this particular amount of people who are from Tier 2 and tier 3 places , the target of being an employee is not always met.

Basically the solution is the infrastructure which needs to be strengthened and not just concentrate about the cosmopolitans but diversify into more towns and cities where an employee can work to his ability in the company or a brand of his choice.

Another major reason for unemployment is that education is not reaching all the corners of the country. And even if it is, there are hosts of superstitious population who are against education. Then they crib about unemployment.

Is there any state that Unemployment? I could see many firms looking for workers. The situation i believe is the new generation doesn't look for long term goals. they are choosy in selecting the jobs with out knowing what is the value they can contribute.

For example everybody wants to run CNC Machines only, no body available for conventional machines.We knoe who worked on conventional machines for two three years can run CNC comfortably, A direct job on CNC machine will not be able to give the best result , fails more than 90%.

Not Unemployment, the mentality of youth is the question

In my opinion the main problem of unemployement is lack of vocational training for which every one depends on other person for job. A person after completeing 15 yrs of education can find a job. Which clearly indicates education is the main reason if students involve in vocational studies like TV,mobile,etc reparing then they will find own employement. 

There are companies who are offering jobs and opportunities to work with them, but the thing is it is been distributed in multiple jobsite or unrelated job site, creating an ocean of job posting and searching a job out of ocean has become a tedious job for candidates looking for job. Even HR of a company find it difficult and time taking task, therefore if their is an specific jobsite in the market then finding job as well as jobseekers will become an easy task. Whichever way the wind blows, we all dive in along with the wind and so does our desires.

Unemployment is a consequence, society has its flaws, and many others factors add to it, leading in consequent lack of ideas, guidance and support. The colors to these issues have kept on changing, but this issue sustains. We have a very less number of employers than those seeking employment. Why? And why are they mostly are in only a number of places in India, the metros?Then, We have people with Ideas, but most of them are "desire oriented" rather than "market oriented" and thus the unsupported "will".

Population explosion is of course the main reason. The people even the less educated want to go for white color jobs. There are many vacant plots in several states. Let government institute more and more agricultural colleges. educate,  employ people in the agriculture field and start growing the essential commodities. For water supply in barren lands, link up rivers and canals.
