In recent months we have seen some scams discovered. The IPL issue, CWG scams and now very recent the telecom spectrum scam. In all cases it was discovered after their occurrence but we can’t prevent them from occurring. After discovering all these issues some money may have been recovered, some people may be punished or disgraced but are they really changing the situations? After few days another scam is discovered and so on. Our politicians and ministers always remain indifferent in all these matters. But still we bear a hope that things will change. |

I am not agree with Sudipta if we're capable to discover,we can prevent also. But for this we have to amend system as per best standards which is always rejected by our corrupt leaders and politicians.Once if we're successful to implement it there is no need to discover further scams bcoz thers is always a FIREWALL exist

Media always discover the scam..but what our political leader do, we know.. Only resignation they put and feel free.... They know the law and all other committee will not do more, the formalities will go only. Our Government never take a hard decision against any powerful person. So its always tough to prevent the scams... IF there is no punishment there will not be fear.

Political Will is required in this subject, which is missing. When the three pillars are colluding with each other siphoning off our resources, Judiciary is the sole pillar trying to justify its existence in the Democratic Structure we have opted for.
