It is bane, as we are coping western culture only as per our convince, as there are many things like their work culture, social awareness to be followed with their wearing/ clothing style.

In many ways it is a boon as the youths now a days are very conscious about getting higher education, girls are able to come out of the traditional and typical Indian culture of staying at home jobless and depending upon the male head of the family for money and income. People have become more independent and flexible due to western culture of living life.

Youth likes western culture and they are follow majority all thing. And many western company are aggresively entering in market.Even young parents (age 25-35)are following western culture upto some extent level.Since 2-3 years, the gorwth of western culture is became too much high.
