I feel the best manufacturing practice for India is "QUALITY MANAGEMENT". Here the word means is Management should be of good quality. Quality of the product is one parametre there are many more to be thought off. All these will come with quality management. Cost of the product,quality of the product,availability of the product, presentation of the product and satisfaction to the customer are some features which are essential for progress. To attain these qualities Indian firms should concentrate more on integrity and openness.

I think Design Simplicity will be effective in terms of usage of any product & cost. but the process simplicity will effective in product usage, cost as well as quality of the product.

I think that bot the above mentioned objectives are equally important for the organizations to stay competitive in today's dynamic evironment. Both are inter dependent. So it will be injustice if I support any one of them
