Give your employees free passes & coupons. Employees get a few of these a year and can use them as they like. They don't have to pretend to be sick. They can go to the beach, read a book, play with their kids ... it doesn't matter. |

Yes, this is very good idea and can be implemented at any organization at any level. Free passes / coupons for a tour or restaurant,etc will make them more participative and motivate them too.

Yes Dipika that very good idea but I want to add one more ie foreign trip for employees once in a year would help in motivating the employees and they would give 100% to their employersÂ

Every employee's first and foremost aim is to get their job secured. So this may be the one way to reward them by securing their jobs. Or they can be rewarded with incentives for their good work for the organisation...

Material rewards must be given. But even after having any level of material gains a person may  may carry mental pressure, stress, develop diseases and may not be happy, feeling joy from within, may carry negative / destructive thoughts, may not be that sincere & loyal to duty. Theymay be educated with life oriented approach which can bring thischange. I have seen changing many. It can be done.  |

Material rewards must be given. But even after having materian gains one may carry mental pressure, stress and develop diseases, may not be happy & joyful from within, may carry negative & troubling thoughts, may not develop interest in the work etc. Let them be provided an opportunity to learn to live a better life.It can be done, it is practical. I have seen people changing , enhancing quality in what ever they do, doing even double work.

I believe that for an employee recogniton is the beiggst reward and that keep him motivated. A simple mail to him and his team recognizing his efforts or small recognition certificate or trophy with applaud all around will do the wonder for sure!! |

Very Nice Question and my best answer is honour the parents of the employees so that it makes them feel more happier and their family too will support. This has worked really well ourside. We get really very little chance to say thanks to our parents and its a very good opportuinity to honour them and obvious any employee fall in love with company for the true honour |

I guess the best way to reward you employee is a trip. May be 1 year company can sponsor for local tour and 1 foreign tour. This way the employee will certainly feel that his/her work is finally rewarded and his/her inputs are really considered. |

Dear Dipika, You are already on the right track, so here i am just to add few of my findings base upon ESS of last 3 years. 1. Employees are our responsibilities ( OUR PROFESSIONAL FAMILY). 2. They expect a immidiate APPRICIATION in the form of Recognition. 3. The SAMMAN sort of (non-monitory) system can serve the purpose. 4. The PRODUCTION INCENTIVE can be in place with policy. 5. The CSR projects for Employees family / kids can be another gud option. 6. The ANNUAL EVENTS CALENDRA, in which people prog. & gifts can be a option. for more clarity, kindly call me on 09997770819  Bset Regards D.S.Rathore |

The best way to reward an employee is not money alone but the added faith you repose on them . Give them a target , let them have their own ways and means  to implment them and do not interfere till the time frame ends . You will be surprised to see the results for yourself . Secondly give an ear to their suggestions and innovations since everybody has an opinion backed by their experience and try to implement them on the basis of merit . Treat employees as partners and involve them in every aspect and share with them emotionally, sentimentally and with a sense of belonging and there is no need for clock in ur office since no body would watch the time but the work in hand . |
