It helps in creating Work Breakdown Structure using which budget/cost can be tracked to the minutest level. Both Capex and Opex can be tracked to the lowest level in the WBS. I implemented lot for projects and believe me every client was very happy because tracking of Construction costs without an ERP is very cumbersome and takes lot of resources to track them (various costs) |
