Any satisfied customer becomes an unpaid brand ambassador,by telling everybody about the brand.He wants to assert he has taken the right decision but it is useful to the brand by helping others to think about the brand when they want to buy.
When Branding is successful in the market, then the product associated with that brand, has a unique stand in the market, so the company who is owner of that brand does not have to fight a lot when it comes to launch a new product or service. I don't think that profit margin increases, but yes sales obviously increases.

If quality and after sales service are good, the customer will be ready to buy other products launched by the Company. In addition to this, mouth to mouth publicity from satisfied customers result in lesser advertisement costs

The Biggest Advantage to a Brand is of Repeat Purchase & Mouth Publicity.
One is of Cost Saving & other is of Revenue Generating.
One can get repeated business from the same customer if and only if he is satisfied whether it is branded or non branded product/service. The loyalty plays a vital role in the same way as in the case of married partners try to please, appease and satisfy each other by various means continuously...!! Sounds funny? But universal and philosophical truth lies in the business also when one can easily shift the loyalty if extra-ordinary efforts are not taken...!! Other than gaining long term loyalty, what else can we expect in business also?

Quality and after sale service might be good but, personally if the customer is satisfied that the product fulfills his need then, he will promote the business irrespective of the fact that the cost might be high or company's fame. Just word of mouth won't do advertisement will be needed to increase the new customers

Satisfied customers build brand loyalty within customers, and satisfied customer is loyal customer.When a satisfied customer repeats his purchase again and again, or when he recommends other customers because he is satisfied, the net result is a healthy bottom line in which both customer and company mutually benefit. A satisfied customer means several more customer means several more customers through the good word-of-mouth and this results in high profits to company, that's why branded products are highly purchased even when their prices are very high. They also ensure the high retention rate of customers with that brands.

Once a customer is satisfied with the products, he/she is soft in doing service. Otherwise, they will create problems and even approach consumer courts. While the customer is happy, the rest (dealer, distributor, C&F and Firm) are also happy and in general the Social Responsibilities are met in all aspects. Need not spend much efforts in advertisement and Sales promotion. Rest of their product mix were also attracted. Pricing may not be a big problem, when it is higher. yes i agree with thoufeek its no cost marketing as he said u will get word of mouth publication for the organization if customers are satisfied ex:- if customers are satified they will tell 10 people good tings abot the product and the organization .if customers are not satisfied they will go n tell 50 people abot bad things of product and the organization

If a satisfied customer need not required for Demonstrators, High Profile Show room, Repeated Advertisements, etc. If Sales is increasing, the turnover of Employees is also decreasing. The Management is also satisfied and give more salary and incentive for their employees, dealers & distributors. In general, there should not be much money incurred for the purpose of Sales Promotion and Office Expenses.
