There is great dynamicity in the market, candidate have multiple offers in there hand, in such scenario how you as a Recruiter or Employer will have a good relationship with candidate, there are various companies who practices Candidate Engagement ( Similar to Employee Engagement ) programs where they constantly keep candidates activly engaged with company so candidate feels company is showing interest in him and commits to the Offer and joins the company. |
