Most of the times the people who are lawyers are from commerce or arts background very few are from science faculty and this is the main problem .secondly they are not interested in the latest knowledge rather they are sticked with the oldies.There should be conferences by District courts on the topic of cyber laws.It is the need of today. |

First of all, Lawyers must show interest in taking up cases which involve cyber crimes,if they themselves hesitate to bring such cases before Courts how come the Courts deal with cyber crimes.
Legal camps can be arranged to dissemminate the knowlege in this field.

According to me, the economy is not having technically qualified people to provide the resources the government needs to defend systems. The government also holds no rigorous certification process that allows it to distinguish between individuals with general cyber security skills and specialty skills. |

This is really the biggest problem.The chair-persons should have update knowledge.

In order to have a congenial environment for secured Cyber Transaction, how can economy prosper. Therefore the security is first parameter to be existing before economy can grow and prosper. However the security in abstract sense is incomplete unless we have proper machinery to implement the security mechanism which would be established by apt law. The law enforcement machinery has various organs ranging from the officers who lodge report and ones who investigate the case and then those who produce the case before the courts of law. These entire set of persons should have expertise in dealing with these complicated set of IT infrastructure and must be well conversant with law relating there to. However this would be a futile exercise until the victim (individual/ corporate / govt itself) does not report the matter. Till such victim reports the matter to police and assists in investigation the machinery cannot be invoked and security cannot be said to exist in absence of such practice/ procedure being followed. |

The lack of trained and empowered police cyber-cells who can track down and deter cybercriminals is a major challenge. Unless the police cyber-cells are a force to be reckoned with and feared by cyber-criminals, the fear of punishment will not arise in the culprits' minds. |
