The person should have a vision of what he should do and how to execute it. He should have the required ability to put forward the necessary thoughts into practice.

I think this is the most concerning factor when it comes to this kind of job. One needs to be so creative enough to drag people into the store just by impressing them with their merchandise. The visuals should be purely digested by all genders of all ages which is a tough job. The people should get impressed by the first sight which tempts them to approach your store.

Agile/attentive/hardworking

Regarding regular shuffling/refilling to cleanliness, size /variants maintenance, creative & timely displays of products as per seasons (might be summer/winter/festival/sale), showcasing placards/posters/banners/danglers in time & removing them in time & there can be various works that needs aforesaid skills.
