Builders are scaling back everywhere to make homes more affordable. But, there are deal breakers. This is because of not understanding the end customers properly and assuming this is what they want. This is the most common mistake committed by most of the builders. |

I agree with you but it happens in any Industry...for example in garment industry they also claim like "we understand you better". After all marketers are trying to make understand the customer that they are manufacturing/providing their product/service as per customer needs.
In real estate industry as the investment is huge and also for long term thats the reason that the judgment becomes more crucial and we become more choosy as we have so many options.

Dear, Making luxury homes with all amineties and infras is not a problem but sale would be poor since there would be dearth of white money. Its good to explore middle class needs where money flow would be better, BUT it doesnt work since builders follow on one and only guideline for loans prescribed by RBI norms. If one wants to have good cash flow, there are many options open but builder won't like to follow and would like to scream on marketing guys where liberty in sale is limited. Called as a good salesman who can sell a ac in cold region, but here the powers are 100 percent with the salesman to sell his product. In real estate nowhere is cent percent powers also there is no review meetings BUT EXPECTATIONS are high. Same time most of the builders fail to fulfill commitments after sale,spoiling the name of whole Builder lobby. There are many good, professional builders, but since because of some all broth is spoiled. TAKERS ARE MANY BUT SHOULD ONE KNOW HOW TO EXTRACT IN OTHER THAN ROUTINE STYLE MAINTAINING PROFESSIONALISM...... |
