It should be one's endeavor to learn as soon as possible the qualities of being restraint when one reaches a professional level in career. This definitely would be achieved over a period of time and no instant results can be expected. The most sought after disposition or nature of behavior would be termed as resilience. The professional should be resilient even in times of extremely stressful circumstances. They should turn disruptive changes and conflicts from potential disasters to growth opportunities. It is like finding the silver lining in the cloud.
Resilient people resolve conflicts, turn disruptive changes into new directions,learn from this process, and become more successful and satisfied in the process. How can you be resilient under stress? You need to cultivate a group of attitudes and skills that help you to build on stressful
circumstances, not be undermined by them. This is known as‘‘hardiness.’’ i.e. robustness or toughness. Compared with the stressful professionals, the resilient group greet the situation with hardy attitudes of commitment, control, and challenge. Through this courage and motivation, the resilient group will better be able to cope with the changes by finding solutions to the problems that arose and interacting supportively with those around them.
Stress affects mind capability to assess situation & perceptional power.It affects functional power.it dis-accord interaction & interrelationship in turn, in dealing with person of similar mind state.

life is incomplete without STRESS. people experiences stress and learn to manage them in real time. organization wants output whether you are in stress or not. learn to manage stress from your past experience, put one of the situation in front of you and compare with them, and say if i could handle my past stress then why not this.
sometime is very difficult to handle your personal stress....but if not then it will reflect on your output in an organization. one can do counseling with HR and try to solve the problem.
At the end, if you try to manage the stress then you will live your life with joy.

Possitive attitute and team work affect the profeesional life in a better way. When we have positive attitude we have selfconfidence in us and we also generate the same in our work team. We can also learn a lot from our workteam.
I define a positive state of mind in professional life as being RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE for the work we are supposed to do. We should feel a sense of pride in what we do and the organization we belong.
That, more than anything else, is lacking and it affects performance at a fundamental level.

It is a multitude of factors, including knowledge, energy, confidence, orientation and aspirations, organizational equations, as well as personal values! Take any situation. If any of these were not aligned, one would face hurdles or resistance or not be able to deliver outstanding performance. Fundamental needs would map on to the orientation. If the basic needs are met, then the focus will be on higher needs including professional achievement. Some of these are specific to a person and some would be situational. |

in this dynamic environment a person needs to take right decision at the right time to make things right and achievable. for this personal as well as situational parameters are very important.
every person has different kinds of nature, thinking ability, experience. based on his ability he takes decision; sometime it gets wrong sometime right. but he needs to analyze the things practically, its consequences and so on.

The another angle which I feel is problem solving approach, there are certain External as well Internal Environemental issues which creates PROBLEMS and may thereby affect the performance of Individual and onviously Problem Slving approach brings benefit of making fruit of Every Problem. They Say, WHERE THERE IS A PROBLEM THERS AN OPPORTUNITY..... So, one need to understand that Opportunity and cash it up to groom the performance... At first thanks to Mr K Narayan for his valuable and real statement for the support of there idea. Self confidence is one of the most important factor for any one to grow and maintain balance in-between his/ her professional and personal life, after all only self confident person, able to do a better time management and easily find out the solutions for most of the problems of his/her life.
According to me a person always try to build-up his/ her self confidence at first because a low confidence person cannot able to implement his or her strategy's related to time or stress or with any others factors.
So, make yourself confident by increasing knowledge of your field of working and adopt good habit from other with whom you meet.
Because it is easy to analyse others habit in term of advantages and disadvantages.

In today's scenario, bottom lines are more important and how you achieve it is the key to your success. PLANNING plays an important role in one being successful. Key factors in planning are understanding the job you have to do, the method to be adapted and the ways to get the job done. The most important thing is the execution of the plan. When the plan does not work, having a Plan B is always recommended. Performance is dependent mainly on how efficiently you deal with the situation and come out with results. I understand the deadlines, all the stress and pressure............but, what is work without all these. Take things in the stride and do the needful in the time frame given.
