This should happen more and more for the Rural villages to develop, people should take up new models in business and many NGOs and community banks are there to help them to start on their own and with this there will be more empowerment of Rural India..

This is the only way to stop the flux of rural inhabtants to the metros/big cities whch are laready crowded and not able to cope with the requisite infrastructure. The SME rejuvenaton in the rural india, shall not only increase their earnings but provide an alternative to the agriculture as well as stop youth to get into crime etc.
The PMREGS, REGS etc. though try to provide employment to the rural but we need more entrepreneurs to provde usch enterprises who can provide job to such rural poor.

As i just put in the idea on developling in the infrastructure,I am ideatingĀ the same here sinceĀ I feel it is relevant We need to start High Schools exclusively for farming with syllabus for farming who can then graduate to agriculture universities This will result in farmers with strong agricultural skills and better productivity and thereby overall development and transformation of villages-ina green way rather than bring in factories into villages and spoil the natural environment by all pollution |

I agree with Mr Charles. India lives in its villages and villages, in the farm. My introducing factories, we will be destroying the self dependence and beauty and peace of the village. We should make villagers self dependant and for that, we should promote agriculture. This will not only make them self sufficient but also make the village sector economically strong. It will also help in fighting the food crisis of our country. I am very happy that Mr. Charles raised this topic. Thanks sir...:)

This is the sector which changed the complete image of the cities with IT to support to it, it created so many jobs for the youth and others that it changed the entire image of the country with outsourcing, and even in rural India one can tap the students who pass out each year either they will go for farming or something, With proper training and infrastructure in place Rural BPOs will do good as in the cities, as rural BPOs are doing very well in the States of karnataka and Andhra pradesh.. I think this will be the major factor that will transform rural villages...

Even today still there is not 100% literacy in the country, Rural sector is lagging behind in this the percentage is at a very low level, and Government and NGOs with the help of corporates they should set a good structure for education in villages where most of them will not take up studies, because they should work in their farm, this will hinder the growth of the country in a very bad way.. So Education is one factor that will completely change the Face of rural India..

I would like to support Mr. Manjunath here. Bharat Ganarajya.. that is what it should be... |
@ Abhishekh He has clearly explained the differnce between an enterpuener and an owner.. But the problem of the debate is that we fall in neither as we are not into business.. But if he asks that what you wanna be.. I would love to be an enterpuener..... |
Believers believe and non-believers don't . No one can tell what will happen tomorrow but we want to get assurity which makes us feel more secure and so we want to believe in it. All the astrologers are taking advantage of this mentality. |
