indeed you need to plan for your future requirements which will differ case by case. sudden decision may upset the routine set........
time spent for a considerable span in a house, even in a rented house, makes a bonding with the place..
also if changing directions in a city to relocate shelter is again tough task coz of same bonding with the vicinity..

when children grow up, get married, daughter in law comes in, grand children.. son want to be with parents after a long time of outstation business.. many and many more factors make us feel the need of pushing away the walls a bit.. with a good reason and urge to feel spaciousness.. |

time changes the idea will change, parameter of space changes no sapace has been design till date were the faimly is satisfied with the sapce to live in for ever which can ever stand with change of society and style.
