If it's not zoned for what we want to build, nothing can be taken for a variance, or to change the zoning. If it's zoned correctly, find a builder/contractor or survey/land planning company or realtor to get an idea of what may be some of the issues in order to build on the site -- too steep, heavily treed, flood plain, seismic zone. There could be many, many different issues with which to contend, or it could be a very desirable location. |

The pre-Fabricated structures can be fabricated off site , then transferred to Work site and erected.Similarly Pre stressed Concrete structures specially used in bridges are pre-stressed, Casted in casting yard off site then transffered to bridge construction site and erected.You need not bother about the land constraint at work site unlike the other tradinitional method specially in City areas.Similarly plenty of other structures both steel and concrete are pre constructed and brought to work site and can be erected. This method not only saves time but also saves energy and thus money. |
