Patients usually waits in queue in front of the doctor's doorstep expecting treatment. Even when waiting long, there had been many cases of patients leaving without being treated. |

yes, it is very ridiculous that hours to waiting in fornt of the doctor's doorstep paritcularly in outpatiant.
Outpatients face the problem of waiting to see the doctor & inpatients face the problem of not getting a room of their choice on time for admission. Once discharged, there is always a delay in settling the bill. So the delay in getting the right service at the right time is the major problem faced by the patients.

Hospital is a place where we refer to customers who are mentally & physically week. Even if the patients have to walk only a few meters they find it stressful if the information regarding the location of departments is not displayed properly. I have visited hospitals where the diagnostic services are located in an area where you have to go on asking the way till you reach the department. |

Patients are mostly not alerted about the actual treatment what the doctors are upto. May be this is done to erase the tension of patients out of their minds. But patients seems it is unsatisfactory to do so. Patients have the right to know why they are admitted and what the doctors are upto treating with their anatomy. |

Basically its the entire system which is at fault the doctors randomly gets pressure from the mgmt to get more and more investigations done moreover most often we see in hospitals that blood tests are done almost 4-5 times in a day for the same patient this is because the company guys lures the doctors with lucrative gifts and foreign tours. etc

Very rarely we find doctors approachable. For this reason we try to make referral recommendations for special care and attention, while knowing that we are negating the principle of equality. It is a case of our health which we cannot play with. So is the case of Medical Staff in most of the hospitals, especially those managed by the Govt. Nurses and assistants should be trained to CARE, not to TREAT. It needs special skill training. Hospital Management needs to also look at the ratio of doctors to patients and provide ample time for the doctors to deal with patients. How severe or gentle the illness is, mental healing should happen first. I use to request my son to aim at becoming a doctor, to ensure that the family health issues are taken care of. |

Appears too many patients seek the same doctor resultantly lack of time and or will forces incomplete information to patient which is further complicated reflecting in treatment. Overdose of antibiotics to patient ought not be considered a replacement for safe procedures in hygienic sanitary environs. |
