Yes, the number of people returning to India has increased and I feel our corporate houses and the Government should jointly worked out the strategy to boost the confidence within the people returning back to our soil and encourage our own people to undertake something in R&D activities so that they can play a vital role in the development of the country. |

If they use this technical knowledge, we will become equal to western countries in technology and who knows, we may even overtake them... |
