Infrastructure and Construction companies avoids to take the hadache of maintainance of these leasing equipments and thus would always desire to get it on lease basis. |

yes definately, Equipment needs lot mainatinance and caretakeing and thus become unmanaged if they bring on purchase right basis. Hence they call up the equipment on lease to have the economy and haslefree services with the vendor.
