Employees hate bosses who doesn't have the essential competitive skills but still scorns the work they do. Whether or not the boss is competitive, the employee really longs for his good work to be acknowledged and not to be treated as a 'piece of crap'. |

yes dipika when a employee see that his boss is not competent and getting more than him and he is better in quallification and working criteria this happens normally. A good boss also knows that which work can be done by which tam member perfectly. from my point of view a Manager means managings the employees with their competency level. thanks for a good topic

Employees need respect. One of greatest complaints that nearly every employee has about their boss is a perceived lack of respect. Most employees feel their bosses don't respect their privacy, their ability, and their personal lives (yes, employees have a life outside of work). As such, employers should go out of their way to show respect to each employee in the organization. Remember that respect tends to be reciprocated; as such, showing respect to employees is one of the most effective ways to win their respect and loyalty. |

Only a few employees can express their idea properly to the higher peer. It results in an unacknowledged response for some intelligent thoughs and very often suitable plans are not materialized. Boss and the subordinate, both may be responsible in this regard. In some companies/ firms, the merit and performance appraisal methods are either unscientific or not implemented properly. That too creates discouragement for employees. In spite of blaming the system, employees generally blame their boss. |

Basically if you look at it it is the attitude of the Boss who invariably forgets the fact that he is also an employee in the same organisation like others.Bosses normally feel that they have come down from heaven and his subordinates are all from hell,from a very low level in every aspect and looks at his juniors as his slaves.Such high handed attitude which originates in him because of his low level of maturity,earns the displeasure of his juniors which ultimately ruins the working atmosphere. |

Sometimes Boss think how to grow up Business he doesnt think about Employ. he can do anything for his Business like He has given a Commitment but he cant keep the commitment with the staff. that is why employes hate their Boss.

FIRST OFF ALL THE EMPLOYES WANT TO TALK WITH THE BOSS FRANKLY.THE BOSS AND EMPLOYESS SHOULD CHAT TOGETHER DURING THE PROJECT SHARE ALL THE IDEAS AND THEN TAKE THE FINELLY DECISION. IF THE EMPLOYEES CHAT FREELY,JOELLY WITH THE BOSS MEANS THEN NO ONE WHILE HATE THE BOSS. Its simple thing that whatever boss used to order, someone likes it and some doesn't...It is applicable to all the employees...Hence whatever goes against their will, they will start to hate their boss..

If the Boss is not friendly to his/her employees, shows inhumanity and not showing love to them,they will start hating him/her because they will feel that all problems at work place are caused by the boss as a result of starting hating him/her.

The boss is also an employee even if he is the owner, he wants his subordinate to do it, and subordinate is mostly not interested, if it’s a small shop he has to slog or he may be shown the door (insecurity), the fear of losing job creates hate for the boss, in larger ones its peer pressure (office politics) and the fear of losing the job. For MNC job hopping is the way of life (IT programming tech support for higher sal.) the boss is scared of attrition so does all type of monkey activities, he is hated (cal centres) as his KRA is hit. US population is little less than 320 million, we having more than three times the population our per capita income is little over $ 1000 USD, Rs 40000 INR a year. We don’t have a goal as we don’t have identity. Who are we? |

Ego, Partiality, Unsupportive & Inhuman Attitude are the prime reasons that employees start hating their boss, as are discussed below: Most of the bosses become egoistic and the employee is not able to access his/her boss to solve his/her work related problems, but gets rebuked when not able to accomplish the job in time due to such problems. Partiality of boss favoring one and neglecting other employees is another reason for hating of the boss by the employees. Unsupportive attitude of the boss even when the employee is right, or have done a commendable job, or made an achievement, is another reason that employee starts hating his boss. Inhuman Attitude of boss towards an employee by not understanding his emotions, personal needs or providing timely help expected from him, is another reason making the employees hate his boss. |

Employees feel cheated and hate their boss when he or she steals the credit of their work but never forgets to blame them if something goes wrong.
