Mr. Puneet i think you didn't read the question carefully. For example:- I am first time investor & investing my money in DLF or any local builder flat(for reselling) then? How can company responsible to get my money back after the possession of Flat. I have made earlier queries(Various queries) like how profitable to buy particular flat? how risky it is? minimum investment if we are going for LIG, MIG or HIG?etc..etc..
Same will applicable with insurance sector. If we are going for ULIPs then we are not able to get back our money before 3 years period of time.
WHY YOU ARE CONSIDER ONLY SHORT TERM INVESTMENT OR ANY SPECIFIC? I didn't mentioned at all....
Yes Vipin, It cover all queries faced by company from first time investor. where profit shows return on their investment, risk shows real investment schemes, minimum investment shows an amount, duration shows time period or liquidity of investment and company shows the internal management process... And all these queries are neccessary for all investors before investment, i think so..
Obvious retail investor. And if consultant hire by investor then same questions asked by investor to his consultant with his consultancy background.
And Management is also a part of company in which he is going to invest. If a company is running well it means the management of company is also good as per my view.
First time investor means he is just joined his job or start professional work. Because after study he will earn money & want to invest his saved money very first time. It doesn't include business person as they already invested money in business so that they are not first time investors.

Peole always look for the liquidity of the stock. An investment that one has immediate access to, either the ability to buy or sell the investment (such as a stock or mutual fund) or the ability to access and withdraw funds (such as a savings account). I guess this is the first query faced by most of the companies..... |

liquidity is the most concern by companies as they need urgent money anytime, so worry is to have fund,
If somebome is the first time employee or professional.
I agree with Esha one should look after the liquidity to encash at any point of time. One will also look for Capital Safety appitite followed by anytime encashment.
Thanks for the referral Mr Vipin
I agree with Ms Jyoti, management is an important concern

An investor, particularly the venture capital types, always look to see how transparent the governance is. They also look to see how process driven the organization is. They also look to see the revenue generation capability. Most importantly they look to see when they can exit the investment and recover their money + profit. |

Diversified Portfolio will always lead to higher return. And allocation of our fund depend on our monthly capacity of investment. SIPs, Equity, Gold, Real Estate and bonds are best option for middle class salaried individuals to make portfolio... |
Try Try Again.. you will sure achieve your target... |
