You can adjust your work to your life! This is probably the best reason to be self-employed.You know exactly how your business is going and can't fear unexpected lay-offs, changes in salaries, changes of positions inside the company etc. |

Yes i agree freedom is self employment, when u decide to be an self employment sure u will have some achivements to target.if its in recruitment u will have an challange to achive it.Self employment is to show ur achivements,delivery in a right time.

Exactly rather then getting rejected in interviews for ur academic record which always doesnt show your true qualities.It is better to start ur own bussiness it might be small but it will give you opportunitites to explore your own potential.It is worth a risk.

If you can be your own Boss, & if you can imagine, visualize & create a workspace within which except you, no-body else would pull strings to control your output, then its sure - There are no Bosses around choking you.... Which gives you enough motivation & cheers to improve your efficiencies.... & thereby revenues & profits |

When we work in a job, most of the credit is taken away by the Company, most of the financial leverage is taken by the company, and we cannot aptly judge how much our effort was worth. When we work self employed, in the begenning, we have to face some challenges, but gradually, we start getting all the Socio-Economic leverages. More so, we get good social reputation, and willingness to work, as we only get self employed in field we love(at least I did). |

It is some sort of freedom. I agree with MrTanmay. When you are working for sombody, you may have to work as per the guidelines set up by others. When you are working for yourself, you can work / make decisions according to the situation.
