I think Design & Planning. It may take you forever to find a plot to your liking and budget and location. Plan properly in what you have and I am sure anyone can have a perfectly good home.

I do believe Builty safety or building structure is important issues to give attention while renovating the any old building. We came across so many cases perticularly in mumbai and other metro cities where owner neglect the structural aspect and causes a great damage to building. They changed the crusial structure elements and later it would result into collapsing the whole building. So do not try to alter the important structural element. Take a advise of structure cunsultant. In addition to above, planning and budget are other issues which need to be keep in mind. If one can planning and design thoughfully, he could save lot money. |
