HR does not need to know what is going on at your home. Why? Because an employee is expected to be mentally stable and when such issues are shared your weakness is exposed. This might make the HR think. This can question your ability to do work and to add to it they think that you might take leaves to resolve this problem, which too is not expected. |

It is beneficial to tell the truth when it is actually asked for rather than hide the same. One must be transparent in giving the correct information which has been asked for by the HR Deptt/Company. A fact hidden in the beginning and coming to light at a later stage of ones tenure in an organisation can be detrimental. I have seen people being asked to resign for such instances. TELL THE TRUTH AND BE HAPPY AND RELAXED!

I agree with you Rajendra issues like lifestyle diseases and other stress related ailments are best left out of HR discussion ,So is your financial wellbeing information after all What a Company looks for is performance and not negative fitness issues in you Moreover many problems like hypertension or cholestrol can be taken care by your own wiseness and could be temporary but divulging all to HR may lead to negative mark agains you

be transparent with your HR except the condition that you are looking for a change outside organization. In case if you are looking for a change outside Organization give a honest exit feedback stating the reasons for leaving the organization, specially those trigger points which complled you to look for a change.

be honest to HR and you get the job jus because u r honest and upright.so what if the job is obtained through other unethical means u stand a better chance for a better job some where.
For an able executive he stands best chance anywhere.hence not to worry abt what u have to tell to HR.

Perhaps in next few months we will see rise in the activity. Right now things are cold and slow. |
I dont know which side to take because both are equally tough ones. Idealistic professionals are few but still there are performers. I am not satisfied by the sides given. |
