Thanks for your referral Sunita,Here are top 10 things a business website should have.....1.It should be robust,2.It should be user friendly,3.Product price details should be clearly mentioned,4.Product specifications should be in detail,5.Company profile,its present,past and future(vision) should be clear,6.document download should be robust,7.Mode of Payment should have variety ie it should have Paypal,Credit/debit etc facilities for transaction,8.online customer support,9.on demand representative interaction,10.It should be compatible with different languages.

In addition to Clear information about products and service offerings, it is very important for the success of online business to have an active on site customer care or some kind of online arrangements to slove the day to day product or service related problems immediately as and when they are reported. You will get what I am trying to make here when you will visit the Web site of ICICI Bank and those of other nationalized banks'. The services provided by ICICI Banks website is really outstanding where as other banks website really frustrate the customer. Only a satisfied customer will turn up again for a repurchase. So having onsite customer care or solutions to their problem is of paramount importance for the success of online business.
